Absolute garbage company!

I was pre approved for a heloc loan. I turned in all the proper documentation along with a non refundable application fee only to then be ghosted by my lender. I have spent weeks trying to contact my lender via email and phone with no contact. I have also left several messages with customer service asking for them to cancel my loan and refund my money. No call back from them either. I don't know how this company can legally get away with what they are doing. They need to be taken down
